COVID-19 information for our customers

At KCTP, ensuring the safety and health of our customers and employees is our highest priority.

In our operations, we have implemented the following measures to reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection and help prevent the spread of the virus:

・Our employees wear masks to prevent droplet infection.
・Reception and guidance is conducted outdoors.
・We disinfect the parts of bicycles that come into contact with the body, helmets, reception stationery, etc. with chlorine and alcohol each time customers use them.
・We refrain from face-to-face customer service; instead side-by-side customer service is conducted while keeping appropriate distances.
・We minimize time required to take information for registration from customers.
・For the time being, we are accepting telephone reservations on the day depending on availability.
・We monitor the health of our employees daily.

We have also introduced the following guidelines for our customers:

・Please wear masks and use hand sanitizer when you visit.
・Please refrain from using bike rental if you are feeling unwell.
・Customers with advance reservations will be given priority. Please make reservations using our booking form on our website at least 2 days in advance.
You can make reservations by sending email on the day before, or by phone call on the day of.

・To keep safe distances, please avoid having more than one person in your group at reception.
・Unfortunately, washrooms are not available for use at our offices.
